  • Operational data: Process telemetry, configuration data, and event logs uploaded to the Gridworld platform by enterprise customers (governed separately under our Data Processing Agreement).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Responding to enquiries (Legitimate interest / Contract): To reply to contact form submissions and pre-sales communications.
  • Providing the Services (Contract): To create and manage accounts, deliver platform features, and provide support.
  • Improving the Services (Legitimate interest): To analyse usage patterns, diagnose errors, and develop new features. We do so using aggregated or anonymised data where possible.
  • Legal compliance (Legal obligation): To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from public authorities.
  • Marketing communications (Consent): To send product updates or newsletters where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
